Vane Pumps
Variable Displacement, Pressure Compensated

1. Direct Spring Operated Compensator
   Provides fast pressure compensation for variable system demands. Eliminates contamination-prone hydraulic assist passages or valves.
2. Patented "Walking Ring" Design
   A unique indexing cam ring design rotates slightly with every output change. Wear is distributed evenly around the inside surface of the ring circumference. The result is up to 10 times longer pump life than that of conventional fixed-ring vane pumps. Patent No. 3252423
3. Hydrodynamic Journal Bearings
   No shaft-to-bearing contact. Life of pump is unlimited, not determined by B-10 rating.
   Balanced Vane Tip Loading
   Acts throughout entire pumping cycle to extend ring and vane life.
4. Heavy Forged One-Piece Rotor Shaft
   Strong, rigid shaft takes system loads with minimal deflection. Increases pump life
5. Quiet Operation
   Computer-designed porting reduces noise at all pressure/flow levels. Noise levels as low as 68 dBa [NFPA T3.9 12M-1970 (R1981) Tested]. Noise shrouds eliminated.
