Eaton Aeroquip manufactures crimp- and reusable-style fittings to attach a flexible hose to the fluid-conveying system.

Generally of two-piece construction, crimp fittings grip the hose when the outer component or socket is crimped or swaged using dedicated tooling and equipment. Reusable fittings usually can be re-attached in the field using common hand tools.

Depending on design, Aeroquip hose styles use crimp or reusable styles, and some are compatible with both.
