Every member of the Flow Products organization is committed to sharing
the responsibility for Quality and striving for continuous improvement
in all of our processes.
The Quality Policy is based on these principles:
- Ensuring that we fully identify and meet the needs of our customers.
- Looking at our processes, identifying the potential for errors,
and taking the necessary action to eliminate them.
- Everyone understanding how to do their job and doing
it correctly every time.
- Developing the best operational
relationships with our suppliers – both
external and internal.
To ensure that the policy is successfully implemented and sustained,
Flow Products Management will be responsible for periodically
assessing our performance against the Quality Policy and making any adjustments necessary
to assure continued compliance.
