Pneumatic Division announces the release of P2H Ethernet Node for use with H Series
ISO Universal Manifold. P2H Ethernet Node provides the opportunity to minimize
machine costs, shortens start-up time, and offers built in features to help reduce end user
downtime.
Product Details:
Network Communications: EtherNet/IP™, EtherCat, ProfiNet, Modbus TCP and
Powerlink.
32 Digital Outputs for solenoids which is an increase from 24 in comparison to the
P2M Ethernet Node options.
Communications can be daisy changed to other devices saving the OEM
installation cost reducing connection tees and cabling.
Power connections are an industry standard 7/8 M12 or M12 L Type connector for
new ProfiNet installations. Power connections can be daisy chained with other
products saving OEM installation costs.
Power is Safe Compatible with “OSSD” Safety Output devices.
Option electrical power zone for the outputs 24-31 creates a power zone that is
powered by Logic Power. If auxiliary power is shut off; outputs 0-23 lose power.
This option allows the 24-31 outputs to remain active to the PLC.
Standard Ethernet/IP – QuickConnect (QC) and Profinet – Fast Start Up (FSU):
properties that are required for tool changing functions in Robotic applications.
Standard weld resistant housing and weld immune communications is a must for
applications near welding and high magnetic noise environments.
